Premium Grazing Tables & Charcuterie Catering - Mesa

• Level 1. Our portable L1 drop-off catering package (on XXL boards) comes in 2 convenient sizes 30-35  &  45-55. Dessert panels and floral arrangements can be added on. This is a drop-off service, we provide all you will need (boards, bread/carbs, tongs), with no setup from us & no service fees, just set out & enjoy. Can be adjusted for the greater number of guests.
• Level 2. Tiered Grazing table. Same as level 1 but with the addition of a full setup, which means we deliver, set up, and style your spread as a splendid tiered display (something we are known for ✨) with basic greenery. Flower arrangements and dessert are not included & can be added on. Can be adjusted for the greater number of guests.
• Level 3. Our premium tiered table installations require a 35-person minimum and are $45 per person plus tax. This option can be styled on white porcelain (for bridal & elegant aesthetic) or walnut wood boards. Portioning is greater than the previously described level 1 & 2 options. Food variety is greater, including premium dishes like our Italian Buratella & Goat Cheese Decadence, etc. Dessert is not included & can be added on. Basic table greenery is included, but flowers and flower arrangements are not included & can be added on (recommended)! **Ask us about our premium add-ons like The Good Sandwich board, DIY Lox Bagel board, Fancy Lox Bagels, and Sweet Yogurt Parfaits.

A grazing table is a large format appetizer spread that is totally comprehensive, including everything from artisanal cheeses, gourmet cured/uncured meats (charcuterie) & a wide variety of curated accompaniments to specialty breads, crackers, jams, crudite with dips & course fruits. It is a beautiful & decadent experience for the eyes and palate alike. We offer drop off & tiered installation tables on wood boards/trays only, we do not lay food directly onto tables. This means your table is designed and assembled in our commissary to be delivered to you for a quick & convenient setup and styling. This allows us to create tables that are more intricate, detailed, and diverse. With this option, we are also able to spare our clients hours of hustle and bustle of on-location assembly from scratch.
